PJCHEM has donated to establish two Hope Primary schools in Guanghe County, Gansu province and Huize County, Yunnan Province respectively since 2006. The schools are named as Feiyang, intending to encourage students to set up great ambition and make a contribution to the country construction through self-improvement and working hard. 

Feiyang Hope Primary School in Guanghe County, Gansu province, a school in mountainous area, is located Cai Jiayao Village, Mai Jiaxiang Town. In 2005, it was listed as an aid project by Gansu Youth Development Foundation. It was funded by PJCHEM in 2006 and was accomplished in November, 2006. The pre-existing dangerous wall was changed into secure and safe brick wall, while shabby wood and earth-wood structure classrooms were replaced by bright and spacious two-store teaching building. There were 94 students studying in the school and the number was on the yearly rise.  

Feiyang Hope Primary School lying at Lao Village, Xinjie Huizu Town, Huize County, Yunnan Province was once an unrepaired and remote mountainous school. In August, 2008, it was funded by PJCHEM for construction, and in September 2009, the new school was finished and was officially named as Yunnan Huize Feiyang Hope Primary School. After its establishment, the previous dangerous rooms, covering 586 m2, were fully renewed and the number of students and teachers mounted to 350. At present, the school is fully-equipped with learning facilities, and with the orderly unfolding of teaching work, children are doing better and better in academic performance.

Annually, the company and employees donate different kinds of books and items for studying to the two schools, organize activities to help those students to realize their dreams, and on a regular basis provide them with life and teaching aid. At present, there are over 2000 volumes of different books and well-equipped desks and chairs in the school. Hardware facilities are greatly improved.
